Hi LP,
I'm not sure of the payment but knowing it's paid as installment with 0% interest, pay Rm2k 1st then the balance of RM13k will be paid as installment for a period 1yr. There will be a separate agreement for the 2nd carpark.

if the price remain 15K by end of this year, you need to pay 2K down payment, then, 3,250 every 3 months. No interest.

Advice to take up the additional car park now.

hi guys

i just went to CIMB to check the homeloan package.

1st 3 years is fixed at 4.70%
subsequent years is BLR -1.80

its flexi home loan, can throw in any amount at any time, and can withdraw money from it (they will give u a ATM card and a cheque book), interest is daily basis.

just for you guy's reference.

-edit- maximum u can borrow is 85% (CIMB PIC not sure got change or not)

Hi, Clemis,

Give me 5! I am using this package as well. But my interest is BLR-1.9%.

You may need to verify whether you need to pay RM10 monthly to maintaining the current account. During my time, no need. But I recommended my friends this package in April. RM10 will be charged.

I still haven't been charged for interest, coz my package from CIMB allowed me to put all my saving into the loan account, and the saved amount will not be charged interest. And I can withdraw the money any time.
