Is the waste management method identified?
At my current condo, waste collection done everyday at every floor. basically, we need to place garbage outside our unit (beside door mainly) and the cleaner will do the collection every morning. It's limited to smaller garbage. For much bigger waste, you need to personally bring it to gnd floor into main garbage collection center.
This method works fine and I'm hoping we can implement similiar method at IR.

I'm still confuse with IR waste management system. I don't see any "tong samplah" at P2 but they were few of them in P1 and PG. Why not in P2? I asked these question to management. They said the tong sampah in P1 and PG are temporary. Finally (after most of the reno complated), they will be only 1 garbage disposal area, which outside the temporary guard post. Unfortunately, this place is off-road if you existing thru main entrance, and it difficult to park car for a short walk to this area. When I asked this question again, the answer from management was, bad design by architect. It make no sense at all. :x

1st mgt told me, dustin will only be at PG1... coz easier for home owner to dispose garbage and no need to walk till guardhouse to throw.

Reason why other level does not have dustin is because, PG1 is same consider a real ground floor
main disposal bin is at same level as PG1.

The tong sampah is not mean for contractor to throw their garbage, then can throw at SSP face (oops i mean SSP dump site, which they use it to barricade the road).

Joe,
PG1 you're reering to P1 right? P1 is same level with main entrance/security post.
So, is this final, that we need to throw our gabe at P1? Are these tong sampah within our driving way, meaning if we plan to exit, we can stop (on the way) to throw the garbage before exit the building?
Waste management system is very critical for any premise and should be plan and clarify to the residents clearly. Current management failed to do that.
